Returning a Purchase

If something you ordered isn't right, no problem. It’s easy to return it to us. Here’s what you need to do:

Ship-to-Store Orders

Please return to the store where you picked up your order, as long as it is within 30 days of the pick-up date. If that location isn't convenient for you, or you can’t get there within 30 days, please contact Customer Care at (855) 828-9792. The store location will return the merchandise to our warehouse for further processing and Customer Service will issue your credit. The store location will not process a return at the store level in the form of returning cash or credit to the customer's card.

You’ll need to bring the following things with you to your Do it Best affiliate:

1. The item(s) in unused and like-new condition with original packaging, parts, accessories and all paperwork.

2. A copy of your order confirmation. If you can’t find it, no problem, a store associate can find your information using your name, order number, or email address.

3. A government issued form of identification.

Your refund, including the applicable sales tax, will be issued as a credit to your card used at the time of checkout.

Ship-to-Address Orders

You’ll need to return item(s) to our warehouse within 30 days of the delivery date. Your order came with a pre-printed shipping label just in case. It is important that you return the merchandise to our warehouse, rather than a physical store location, since not all stores participate in the Ship-to-Store program.

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Make sure the return item(s) are in unused and like-new condition with original packaging, parts, accessories and all the paperwork.

2. Email us or call us (855) 828-9792 to let us know you are returning the product. Please have your order number (located on your packing slip) and give it to the Customer Care Representative and provide the reason for your return.

3. Box the item securely, then tape the pre-printed return-shipping label to the outside of the box. Follow the instructions provided by your Customer Care Representative regarding how the item should be shipped back.

Refund Processing

Once we get your item(s) back, we will immediately process your refund, including applicable sales taxes. Please note that your financial institution may take up to ten business days to credit the refund to your account. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase.

Shipping Refunds

If you return your purchase,the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a single item on an order with multiple items, the shipping refund will be prorated.
